One concerned fan posted on Twitter that she wouldn’t know what to do if something happened to the singer.
Some people say his behavior was nothing out of the usual and another replied that fans were “worried” and don’t want things to escalate if Malone was struggling.

Even after Malone’s reassurance on Friday, some fans are still skeptical.
Malone began his Rockstar Tour in September 2019, with the first leg concluding November 21, 2019.
The second leg of the tour started in North America on February 4, journeying into Canada for a couple of days before returning to the states on May 15.
The Rockstar Tour will have eight shows in Europe and conclude July 2.
