Coming back for the 6th year in a row…
The Northern Nights Music Festival, located in Mendocino, CA, will take place from July 20 to 22 this year.
Nestled into Cook’s Valley Campground, festival goers will be able to spend hours listening to their favorite mixes by day and camping under the stars by night. The campground is also quiet scenic, as it is right next to the Eel River and is surrounded by redwood trees.
The festival has announced its first performers from, The Dirtybird Players Club. Bringing in some new faces, headliners on Friday’s main stage will include, Justin Martin, Walker & Royce, Ardalan and Worthy B2B Option 4.
The festival will consist of four stages, The Main Stage, the River Stage, the Grove Stage, and a Silent Disco Stage. For the silent disco stage, concert goers must wear special headphones to listen to the performer.
As for the grove/bunker stage, there will be surprise performances and burlesque dancers that will bring some magic to the woods at night.
Northern Nights will also offer more than just music acts, as a multitude of activities will be around to occupy attendees. From swimming to yoga to live art shows, this festival has it all. Best of all, there is “glamping” for those who choose to glamorously camp out.
There will also be specialty bars and food vendors to keep your energy up while attending. To relax while at this three day-long fest, there is a hammock lounge for everyone to hang out at. But, most unique of all, there is the 215 Zone.
Northern Nights is one of the first festivals to provide medicinal marijuana to concert goers. Designated as the “215 Zone,” this area of the fest will have different samples of marijuana, educational information and meet and greets with some of the performers.
After partnering with, The Emerald Cup, this years festival is expected to be a smoke show. The Emerald Cup is a company that produces medical marijuana and is one of the most successful companies in northern California.
