Marshmello & Kane Brown Team Up to Release Song in 2019

Marshmello and Kane Brown have recently announced that they will release a song together in 2019, according to tweets from both musicians.

On November 22, Marshmello tweeted:

Brown, the 24-year-old Georgia native replied:

Fans of both musicians expressed their excitement for the upcoming song on Twitter, replying with GIFs and emojis of excitement.

Brown recently posted a preview of the song on his Instagram account @kanebrown_music.

The upcoming song will be the first Marshmello production to feature a traditionally country artist.  In the past, the masked DJ has teamed up with pop and hip hop stars like Khaled, Selena Gomez, and Bastille. Brown also has experience crossing genre lines thanks to his previous work with Camila Cabello, and rapper Haden Sightz.

When Brown’s down-home country styling, combined with Marshmello’s glowing EDM instrumentals, it’s sure to make for a unique sound.

Brown arrived on the music scene in December of 2016 with his self-titled debut album, Kane Brown. The record earned him several accolades, including first artist ever to be #1 on all five of Billboard’s main country charts simultaneously.

A collaboration with Marshmello offers a valuable opportunity for the up and coming country artist to showcase his versatility and talent.
