ISU Vibe Tribe Silent Disco 2016 Photos & Review

(Normal, IL) – Beats. Dancing. Euphoria. Illinois State University’s Vibe Tribe perfected the art of their third annual Silent Disco on Friday, April 22nd.

With 3 stages & over 10 DJ’s, lights & every EDM genre you ever need, a night at the Silent Disco proved to be one of the best events ever thrown at ISU.

The night was filled with many astonishing acts such as DJ Nostalgia, who “plays dubstep very angrily” (his words), and NIGHTOWLS, a duo from Los Angeles, and many others to keep the head banging and dancing flowing until 1AM.Silent Disco Photo 13

The Silent Disco also gives back to local ISU-grown DJ’s played on the side-stages, many who have learned everything they know thanks to the ISU Vibe Tribe themselves, who offer free DJ and production classes to anyone who is interested in learning.

Flow artists were plentiful, adding mesmerizing lights to the beat of one of the three stages of their choosing. Many from the local flow arts club on campus, all got to showcase their skills they have been practicing year-round.

Less than 363 days until the next one… and you can bet Red Roll will be counting.
