Not too long ago, it was announced that Chicago would host the very first Chicago Open Air, a three day long festival of great metal and great food. With the event fast approaching the festival announced a lineup of other attractions to go along with their current events.
Chicago Open Air is set to take place on July 15th, 16th, and 17th at Toyota Park in Bridgeview and will feature more than 40 bands, including Rammstein in their only 2016 U.S. performance and their first performance in Chicago since 2012. Chicago’s very own Disturbed will also make an appearance with Slipknot, Korn, Five Finger Death Punch, Breaking Benjamin, Marilyn Manson, and many more.
The festival will also include Gourmet Man Food featuring local and regional cuisine, a craft beer village that will highlight the top brews from the region, and other entertainment and fan experiences. Jose Mangin from SiriusXM will host the event.
