Grammy Awards 2021 Delayed Due to Coronavirus

On Tuesday, January 5, The Recording Academy announced a delay in the 2021 Grammy Awards due to the Coronavirus pandemic. The show was originally scheduled to be held on January 31, but will now be on March 14.

The award show was set to be held at the STAPLES Center in Los Angeles, CA, but due to the rising numbers of infected L.A. residents, health officials, The Recording Academy and CBS alike agreed that a delay in the award show would be the safest decision.
