Weird Radar Review: Big Dreez – Dreezy

Chicago’s very own, Dreezy released her second studio album January 25, and I’m very impressed!

When Dreezy first came out I was still unsure of the vision, because of not knowing much about her, but after seeing her grow more into her own, I’ve been seeing her come together MUCH harder!

Dreezy’s first album, No Hard Feelings, definitely had amazing hits on it, but I couldn’t get completely into the album. But this time around, I feel like Big Dreez has opened my ears to how dope Dreezy really is, and how far that she has came while being in the industry.

Most Chicago artists that came out at the time that Dreezy hopped on the scene vanished, and it’s great to see that she’s still been putting in serious work to make sure that people know that she’s still doing her thing!

Dreezy has features from Kash Doll, and the video has over 2.6 million views; Jacquees, her rumored boo; Offset, Derez De’Shon, and Jeremih. Big Dreez also has production from OG Parker, Pi’erre Bourne, London on da Track, Southside, and many more well known producers!

My favorites from Big Dreez are:

  1. Showin Out
  2. Chanel Slides (feat. Kash Doll)
  3. Showin Out
  4. Ecstasy (feat. Jeremih) –
  5. RIP Aretha
  6. Cash App (feat. Offset)

I look forward to hearing more from Dreezy and learning more about her as an artist.
